Your data is secure and encrypted
- We store your calls, transcripts and recordings securely, so you can search and replay them.
- All of it is encrypted, both on the way to us and while we store it.
- Your provider API key gets its own extra layer of encryption. We never show it back to you.
- Your calls, transcripts and recordings stay in Australia. Your email address is held by our sign-in provider in the United States.
- We never sell your data, and never hand it over unless the law forces us to.
- We don’t use your calls or transcripts to train AI models.
- We look at how Fig is used — screens, errors — to fix bugs and improve it.
What you’re responsible for
- The calls themselves. Your AI agent said what it said. That’s your business.
- Telling people they’re being recorded, where the law says you must.
- Deciding who at your clients sees what. We enforce your choice; we don’t make it.
- Who you send a shared call link to. Anyone with it can open that call, no sign-in. Revoke it when done.
What we’re not promising
- Fig is new. Things will break sometimes.
- We don’t promise it’s always up.
Leaving
- Delete your account in the app whenever you like. No reason needed.
- After 30 days it is all gone. Backups clear a few hours after that.
- We can close your account if you break this agreement. We’ll tell you first.
Changes
- If we change this, we’ll tell you what changed, in one line, before it applies.
Don’t agree? Then please don’t use Fig. That’s a real option, not a formality.
